President / Producer / Director
Josh established Mindpool after working with some the most successful artists in the world. His music career began as the video designer and assistant director of Tina Turner’s Wildest Dreams World Tour in 1996. Since then, he has been retained as the live concert video director for Beastie Boys, Barenaked Ladies, and many others. Most recently, he was retained by Foo Fighters to direct and manage live video productions for IMAG, webcast, and broadcast at hundreds of concerts on six continents since 2011. Throughout his career Josh has produced or directed live concert videos for Beastie Boys, Dropkick Murphys, Fitz and The Tantrums, Coldplay, Arcade Fire, Drake, and numerous others. He also has extensive festival experience, having directed webcasts and concerts for such notable events as Lollapalooza, Coachella, Summerfest, and Austin City Limits Festival.
Josh has grown Mindpool Live over the past 15 years. Beginning as a collaboration of talent, Mindpool Live now has state of the art production facilities and equipment. He has overseen the purchase and establishment of Mindpool’s very own production headquarters in Saint Francis, Wisconsin allowing Mindpool to look to the future with confidence.
Josh is a resident of Milwaukee’s Eastside and is a board member of community based radio station 88Nine Radio Milwaukee.
Sandi Anderson Adams
Director of Operations
Sandi joined Mindpool full time in 2014 as production and operations manager. Prior to joining Mindpool she produced the nationally renowned Lakefront Festival of Arts for the Milwaukee Art Museum. She also developed the concept for SoundBites, an interactive food and music extravaganza in support of 88Nine Radio Milwaukee. Sandi oversees crew operations and production scheduling.
From the support of rights clearances to overall guidance of deliverables, Sandi is at the hub of Mindpool’s on-location production. She handles scheduling and managing video crews while ensuring that Mindpool Live meets or exceeds the scope of client expectations.
Video Technician / Video Engineer
Matt has worked with Mindpool Live on numerous productions and joined the company full-time in 2016. He brings a focus on detail and a technical savvy that is a great asset to clients and co-workers a like. Matt’s previous experience extends to the broadcast world where he worked on the operation and maintenance of sports television trucks and mobile facilities that broadcast shows across the country. When it comes to LED video screens, projection and HD multi-camera systems matt works tirelessly to meet and exceed customers expectations.

Producer / Director / Editor
Ryan has been a key member of the Mindpool Live team since 2010. He began his career with FOX Sports Wisconsin where he was responsible for shooting, editing, and field producing broadcast content for Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee Brewers pre/post-game shows, games, and television specials. He has been integrally involved in numerous live concerts and festivals including AWOLNATION, Fitz and the Tantrums, Macklemore, Fall Out Boy, Dropkick Murphys and Foo Fighters. Ryan is also an accomplished live director with credits that include Summerfest, the Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration, and Rock The Green. Has also edited and co-produced concert broadcasts for Dropkick Murphys: Shipping up to Dublin and Red Hot Chili Pipers: Live at the Lake. Most recently, Ryan has overseen IMAG video production and capture as live video producer for the Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival.
Director / DP / Head of Video Content Production
Jimmy Sammarco is a seasoned veteran in the art of video storytelling with years of experience telling the stories for some of America’s most recognizable brands. He’s created video content for large corporations such as John Deere, SC Johnson, Walgreens, Milwaukee Tool, InSinkErator, and many more. He also specializes in creating video content for the Medical and Research industry at the highest level. In addition, Jimmy utilizes his experience to create moving videos that raise awareness and support the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations like Make-A-Wish, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Marwen School of the Arts, The Next Door Foundation, The Sojourner Family Peace Center, The Blood Research Institute, and Knight Cancer Research Center in Portland Oregon. He also has an extensive background producing and directing large scale corporate shows including 2 product intro shows for Milwaukee Tool at Epcot and MillerCoors national conventions in Las Vegas, Dallas, and New Orleans.
An accomplished Cinematographer, Jimmy has been the Director of Photography for critically acclaimed films such as the documentary Song, Sung, Blue, winner of 8 best documentary awards at festivals worldwide and endorsed by Roger Ebert, Eddie Vedder and Neil Diamond. Most recently Jimmy co-produced and was the Director of Photography for the aquatic adventure film, “The Surface” starring Sean Astin (from Lord of the Rings, & Rudy) and Chris Mulkey (from Rambo, Captain Phillips, & Whiplash). In 2017, Jimmy has signed on as the Director of Photography for his next feature film, and will be directing the music video for “Think About It” by R&B recording artist Cincere.
Fun Facts: Jimmy attended the University of Wisconsin Madison on a swimming scholarship and went on to become a world ranked long distance swimmer. He recently came out of retirement to join US Masters Swimming and is training to swim the Maui Channel. Some of Jimmy’s favorite things to do include playing with his children, date nights with his wife, riding his Harley, watching movies and cheering on the Badgers and Packers during football season. He also is an accomplished metal and woodworker and uses those skills to rebuild classic Airstreams including The Outpost, a multi-functional mobile studio capable of numerous configurations for on location video and film production support.
